Plant plan customers can request a 30-day free trial with live data from their plant. The trial includes full incident prediction and hazard detection capabilities. Essential plan customers receive a 14-day trial. No credit card required to start.
Most Essential plan customers are generating compliance reports within 2-3 weeks. Plant plan onboarding, which includes camera integration and incident prediction model training, typically takes 5-7 weeks. Enterprise deployments with custom SCADA integrations average 8-12 weeks depending on plant complexity and IT readiness.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. SafeSiteX is currently completing SOC 2 Type II certification. Enterprise customers can deploy on-premise to keep all data within their own network. We do not share or sell your incident or compliance data under any circumstances.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing period. Annual plans can be upgraded at any time. Downgrades take effect at annual renewal. We export your complete compliance and incident history in standard formats if you decide to leave - your data is always yours.
The prediction model performs best with at least 18 months of OSHA 300 log data and near-miss records. Plants with less history can still use leading indicator monitoring, which begins identifying risk patterns from day one using industry benchmarks while the plant-specific model accumulates data.
